If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation states that there is a guarantee in respect of goods or services supplied, and Corporate Cars Brisbane’s liability for breach of that guarantee may not be excluded but may be limited, Corporate Cars Brisbane’s liability for such breach is limited to, in the case of a supply of goods, replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or in the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Corporate Cars Brisbane for all loss or damage, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of this website, any information that you provide to Corporate Cars Brisbane via this website or any damage that you may cause to this website. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy and trade mark infringement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If a dispute arises regarding these terms of use, the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia.

CANCELLATION POLICY
By making a booking with Corporate Cars Brisbane, you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are only made due to flight cancellations or extreme weather conditions resulting in the inability to traverse the roads.
General Bookings (sedan, MPV, ppl mover or vans)
No charge – If cancelled 12 hours or more before booking time
50% of quote – If cancelled 6-12 hours before booking time
100% of quote – If cancelled 0-6 hours before or No Show at booking time
Specialised Bookings (minibus, mini-coach, hourly or daily hire)
No charge – If cancelled 24 hours or more before booking time
50% of quote – If cancelled 12-24 hours before booking time
100% of quote – If cancelled 0-12 hours before or No Show at booking time
NO SHOW POLICY
Airport Arrivals: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving flight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with your driver or our office after 30 minutes for domestic or 90 minutes for international, you will be considered a No Show and charged the full quoted price. If you cannot locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call your driver or our office to assist you in locating your reserved car.
Non-Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be considered a No Show and charged the full quoted price. If you cannot locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call your driver or our office to assist you in locating your reserved car.
WAITING TIME CHARGES
Airport Arrivals: There will be no charge for wait time if you meet the driver within 30 minutes of your flight arriving at the Domestic terminal or 90 minutes of your flight arriving at the International terminal. Once the initial wait time has passed, an additional fee based on the vehicle’s hourly rate will be charged in 10 minute increments.
Non-Airport: There will be no charge for wait time if you meet the driver within 10 minutes of the booked time. Once the initial wait time has passed, an additional fee based on the vehicle’s hourly rate will be charged in 10 minute increments.
SECURE A RESERVATION
Credit Card RequiredAll reservations made with Corporate Cars Brisbane require a credit card to secure the booking. The full quoted price is authorised (held) on the credit card. Payment is NOT finalised on the credit card until AFTER Corporate Cars Brisbane has completed the service. All journeys conducted within our service agreement are non refundable.
Changes to ReservationsChanges are made by contacting our office. Once you confirm the original reservation, you will be asked to provide the updated details. If you are changing on short notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request due to availability, you can keep the original reservation or cancel at no cost so long as sufficient notice is given as stated in our cancellation policy.
BRISBANE AIRPORT
ArrivalsWe constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us. Please contact our office as soon as possible if there is a change to your flight information. Your driver will meet you upon arrival holding a Corporate Cars Brisbane sign with your name.
Domestic Parking TollOur vehicles pay a toll with a maximum of twenty five (25) minutes parking time. If more time is required, Brisbane Airport increase the toll. Any additional toll charges will be added to the booking fee.
International Parking TollOur vehicles pay a toll with a maximum of sixty (60) minutes parking time. If more time is required, Brisbane Airport increase the toll. Any additional toll charges will be added to the booking fee.
DAMAGE
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle(s) including a $100 carpet cleaning fee in some extreme cases.
LIABILITY
Vehicle Breakdown: In the event of a vehicle mechanical failure, Corporate Cars Brisbane will immediately contact our network drivers in the area to assist so the passenger(s) can complete the journey. If there are no network drivers in the area, we will immediately call a taxi so the passenger(s) can complete the journey. Corporate Cars Brisbane will pay any fees incurred from our network drivers or taxi. There will be NO additional charge to the passenger(s). Corporate Cars Brisbane is NOT responsible for any other passenger’s additional expenses in the event of a vehicle mechanical failure.
Lost Property: Corporate Cars Brisbane is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. We ask you to please check before you leave the vehicle. If an item is found, it is kept securely at our office until it is claimed.
