How do I make a booking?

Go to our Book Page and fill out the form. If you prefer over the phone, send us a message on our Enquire Page and we’ll call you back.

Can I book your service for several hours, a day or multiple days?

Yes of course! We specialise in Professional Driver Services for Corporations, Executives & VIPs requiring a driver/car for multiple hours or days.

How much notice do you need for a booking?

Several days or weeks notice in advance is preferred. If you book the day before your journey, we can still assist you. If you book the same day as your journey, we’ll do our best but cannot guarantee a car will be available.

Do you send a booking confirmation?

Yes we do …

New Account Clients: When you book through our website (first time) you’ll immediately receive two emails (Account Created and Transportation Request or Quote Request). We will follow up on your request with a Booking Confirmation or Quote – usually within 3 hours.

Exisiting Account Clients: When you book through our website you’ll immediately receive an email (Transportation Request or Quote Request). We will follow up on your request with a Booking Confirmation or Quote – usually within 3 hours.

Does your Booking Page automatically create an Account for me?

Yes. Our Reservation Portal will immediately create your Personal Account with an automated password. You’ll then be prompted to change your password.

Can I add a credit card to my Account?

Yes. You can securely enter a credit card (encrypted) by selecting Add Payment Info within your Account.

Is a credit card required to secure my booking?

Yes. After confirming you’d like to proceed with the booking, we will authorise (hold) payment on your card for the total amount quoted. Your payment will be finalised AFTER your journey is completed.

What happens if I cancel my booking or I’m a No Show?

GENERAL BOOKINGS (sedan, MPV, ppl mover or vans)

No charge – If cancelled 12 hours or more before booking time

50% of quote – If cancelled 6-12 hours before booking time

100% of quote – If cancelled 0-6 hours before or No Show at booking time

 

SPECIALISED BOOKINGS (minibus, mini-coach, hourly or daily hire)

No charge – If cancelled 24 hours or more before booking time

50% of quote – If cancelled 12-24 hours before booking time

100% of quote – If cancelled 0-12 hours before or No Show at booking time

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

No charges or fees – Please text or call us immediately if your flight is cancelled. If delayed, we’ll know about it. Rest assured, your driver will be there and text when your flight lands.

Can I text my driver when my flight lands?

Yes. You and your driver can text each other while your flight is taxiing to the terminal or after you disembark.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Domestic – Your driver will have a sign and meet you at the luggage carousel displaying your flight number.

International – Your driver will have a sign and meet you in the Arrivals Hall near The Coffee Club Cafe.

Do you charge for wait time if I’m running late?

Yes, but the first 10 minutes is no charge. After that, an additional fee of $15 per 10 minutes will be added to the booking. This fee does NOT apply to airport pickups if your flight is delayed.

Is there a fee to extend my journey along the way?

Yes. For example if you ask the driver to go to another location to drop or pick-up and it extends the journey time or distance, there will be an extra fee determined by the driver.

Can you email me a tax invoice for my journey?

Yes. We can email you an itemised tax invoice with details of one or multiple journeys.

Do you provide child booster, toddler or baby seats?

Yes. The child seat will be securely fitted, clean and ready at the pickup. Fee is $10 per seat.

Can I book stretch limousines or party events etc?

Sorry no. Our service is for Corporate & Private transfers only.

Can I book Wedding Cars?

Sorry no. We do however provide wedding transfers in luxury vehicles for family & guests of the bride & groom.

Can I consume food, soft drinks or alcohol in the car?

Sorry no. We provide complimentary bottled water & mints.
